I wrote a two-person play about when Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino from MTV’s Jersey Shore and Billy McFarland of the Fyre Festival fiasco were locked up in the same federal prison in 2019. That’s 100% true. This comedy about these fraudsters’ unlikely friendship is also 100% true…except for the parts I made up.
I play Billy and my friend, the endlessly funny, Gabby Bryan plays Mike. We’re performing ONE NIGHT ONLY at the iconic theater Ars Nova to try to get industry attention & funding to do a full Off-Broadway run in 2025. And tickets are Pay-What-You-Want!
I’m really proud of this show. It’s funny and has so much heart and a full dance number in the middle. Gabby and I put our fully p*ssies into it. You can’t miss it.
